the closest incarnation is that feature of the hispanic youth in SWAT technique for CBP/DHS/boy scouts..Putin tried a nationalism youth group for lesser reasons: increase birth rate, strengthen resolve. But add races and the game's over. Only mono-racial societies can pull it off, but you can't rule out a reverse race war version of it, such as black/brown on White as occurred in S. If you love your Country, join a local militia, buy at least one firearm for every member of your household along with 1000 rounds of ammunition per firearm, teach the members of your family to safely use those firearms in case of an emergency, and join the NRA. That is a good start..

As I have said before. obama knows a large majority of Military/Law Enforcement will not carry out his orders. Fake "National Emergency" be damned.
