Black female "randomly" attacks white male on bus
Philly police issued this video of the attack..the offender got on the bus, sat down briefly, then jumped up and started hitting the white male..she then exited the bus and fled on foot
The police are asking for assistance in identifying the suspect..well she's black and a female
