Fresh off his landslide victory in the Kentucky primary, Republican Senate candidate Rand Paul appeared on ABC's "Good Morning America" on May 21 and asked George Stephanopoulos "Where do your talking points come from?" when questioned about his position on the Civil Rights Act.
