American commentators are VERY different from commentators from other countries. They are obnoxiously biased and feel its their job to run down non-Americans. I prefer to hear analysis rather than criticism; and facts rather than emotions. If you wanna see the difference watch sports on CBC and BBC.

hmmm.. even the best athletes get far too much praise. I heard commentators calling them heroes, and saying they're brave, and so on, and so on.. 9.5 seconds is quick to run the 100M, but even so, all you do is run in a straight line.. no need to start licking their arses. Keep what they do in perspective.
