very nice gesture what he did but he didnt pay $200,000 for it...he said it was $200,000 retail and taking into consideration most of the stuff was marked half off and since he bought everything else left i am sure they gave him even a way bigger discount so i would put it at $30K to $50K and he is going to deduct $200K from his taxes....but at the end of the day he is a good guy for what he did.
