David Flatter of Chico lost control of his Ford150 pickup, hit a curb and tree, then rolled the truck on its side on California Park Drive in Chico. He was transported to Enloe Medical Center with an elbow problem. He stayed in the truck, with the seat belt latched, until Chico fire personnel helped him out using a ladder.

Too funny! I volunteer with a FD near Chico and I have trained with them a few times. It looks like they had him waiting while they stabilized the car.
Personally I would have climbed out before anyone saw what an ass I was.
