Funny thing is that vehicle is made specifically to eliminate IEDs without them killing the driver, show the aftermath, you'll see that a bunch of it's front end was blown off but the back where the driver was is still completely intact.

Why would you try and blowup a vehicle that is clearing mines and other explosives that kill and disable afghan civilians more than half the time?
