i was thinking the same. me would have droped a 911 call right after the hit.
i bet they did.
they way he reacts after the hit isnt a good sign. like posted before, his brain will swell and cause brain damage. those shaking is a sign for braindamage!

this is very seriouse, his brain is probably going to swell very bad and cause brain damage. his head hit that pavement so hard it slaped back up and right back down again in less than half a second. His brain obviously banged the back then the front a couple times.He risks permanent damage for life.

Your prognosis is a little over the top. This has happened to me more than a couple, and I've witnessed same at least a dozen times. It's more like a 50/50. You just never know with head injuries. He could have a mild concussion, or a cracked skull with brain hemorrhage, or just be knocked-TFO. Also, some people are more prone to seizures than others after even mild trauma, which makes their situation look a helluva lot worse than it is.
