I was in Delhi earlier this year. I took the subway once, just to try it out, and it was scary as shit. Nice, clean pace...but the amount you had to fight just to get a spot was so far out of my comfort zone, being from the US. Getting off was a fucking nightmare too. If you don't pull shirts, hair, push, and shove, you're not getting off until ten stops too late
