  • To the idiot who filmed this:

"Suhr said that at about 10:15 a.m., the 30-year-old Cambodian man, a temporary employee at TCHO, slashed his coworker in an apparently unprovoked attack and "cut him pretty bad."

The victim suffered defensive wounds as he raised his arm to block the attack, Suhr said.

The attacker then fled south on the Embarcadero, and the victim chased him, leaving a trail of blood as he ran, Suhr said.

Police responded and tried to stop the man but he would no More..

  • No need to hear the other side of the story. Let's just assume they murdered him for fun, because that's the intelligent assumption to make.

  • Idiots. If I lunge at a cop with a sharp instrument I would expect nothing less than a shot to the chest. Pansies like this camera operator just don't understand.

  • I think some cops need to re-read their manuals on when they are authorized to use deadly force. If he was cuffed then their needs to be a prosecution.

  • This vid was shot after the fact. The guy was shot, but he was cuffed after being shot.

  • Lol at this guy explaining everything the first few seconds in the clip. Looks like a stand-up comedian. I love his expression, he should pursue a broadcasting career.

  • I'm sure whoever was smiling was having a chuckle because of the absurdity of the assertions. If he was dead at this point, how come he's being loaded into an ambulance rather than a coroner's wagon? How come CPR isn't in progress? How credible is the claim a handcuffed suspect was shot?

It's S.F.; there will always be at least a couple of shit bag loons in the crowd, agitating and harassing because of their delusional conclusions.

The suspect was shot when he lunged at an officer after slashi More..
