I think she's listened to too many radio talk shows and dreamed for years of being that lucky caller on the phone. Now she got her wish after practising her phone voice ("St Joseph Medical Center how may I help you?") and is in love with her own voice to the point she doesn't care if she covers herself in ridicule.
