  • Having gotten one DUI in California, allow me to enlighten you. If yours is first time, and no death, injuries or destruction involved, ignore any advice to obtain a lawyer, since it will set you back $2 large minimum. (I spent the night in jail, thus having my American ticket punched beyond fail.) Keep the legal documents and all contact advice because you'll need em. (The courts will always **** up your paperwork and you will probably need all of it). The court will mandate the following: Community service OR $1500 fine, community service (mine was 200 hours) and education program that you have to pay for ($250). You can choose your community service and i chose cleaning up trash on the beach at Dana point, ignoring the occasional guffawing prick in the area. Nevertheless, i was called into court AGAIN, since their records showed i hadn't completed the (Useless) education, when in fact i had - and had the paper to prove it. There were one or two possibly good things from all of this, nevertheless, when the state gets involved with you, the giant dick will slide hard, deep, and long.

  • the third was fake, but the other two were light headed. When I was arrested, the shock of it all had me losing O2 to my brain. I almost went down....and I was hardly drunk.

**** you. A drunk driver almost took my brother away from me. Your rant is all about money, not about the people you could have killed. Never get behind the wheel of a car while intoxicated, period. You deserved everything you got.

Do you need to see pictures of my brother's scarred-for-life face to wake you up?

Your response is the correct one, because i was wrong. I hit no one and nothing and the cops set me up and lied on the report. I pleaded Guilty, because i was, and having paid the price, now walk to get my booze (amazing how there is never enough?) Will, can, or is American society prepared to attempt the correction of all the mental, social, and emotional factors to prevent my admitted crime? NO, will never happen. In the meantime, the legalization of weed marches on in the unstoppable juggernaut towards mainstream - all things considered, maybe this would have allowed your brother to remain in good health, since neither substance will go away.

The cops set you up..meaning they poured boozed down your neck, got you drunk, started your car for you and then pulled you over? Then they lied on the report and you plead guilty. You sound just like the typical arrested person....poor me.
