the man refused to get in the police car after passing a red light and assaulted the policeman ... the policeman did a stupid thing by shooting at the man he should've aske for packup .. anywas the was shot in thigh and in hospitale getting treated and the officer is suspended and the police department is investigating withe him ... "excuse my weak english"
