The Syrians are against their Government's Decision to withdraw the army from the cities
The
"Free "Syrian" Army" terrorist organization agreed at the last minute
to seize fire, however they refused to give any guarantees which was the
only demand by the Syrian government.

But all parties forgot
something very important. They forgot how the Syrian people feel about
the withdrawal of the army units from their cities. They are afraid that
the terrorist groups will come back and take over their neighborhoods,
and they have the right to be afraid because it happened before with the
Arab league mission.
The Syrian people always supported their government, however they don't support its decision to withdraw the army.
