This is not China but Taiwan. Easily to recognize from the traditional characters and the taxi at 1:13. Also, Taiwan is about the last place in the world where you can enjoy a concert from Air Supply every year.

Hood and dash look like it's from a BMW E46?!? LOL...I had that Air Supply album with the hot air balloon on the cover. I remember day dreaming about slow dancing with my middle school crush to that song.

I don't know what car it is, but I'm pretty sure it's not an e46. The hood is similar, but the dash is completely different.
Never seen an e46 in that colour either.. It could be a custom I suppose, but who'd paint their car that colour on purpose? :D
