Extremely rare to have the speed of sound broken so dramatically!
With the zoom-out I'd guess 500+ metres away so at least 1.5 second delay between shot and splash. The sound was the same instant as the apparent splash.
Was this faked? Did the guy slip on a discarded kebab with the sound added later?

Explain bag and splash simultaneously with the spped of sound at around 300 metres/seccond roughly.
That scenario should include sniper with camera or anywhere in-between.
There is no physics model to explain this. Unless you have a better suggestion?
