Plane and steel are both nouns.
Must is a modal verb.
hit is a verb.
There is no logical order and no explanation as to why these words were chosen. But put together in a context of 9/11 it seemingly makes sense. Thats what this video intends to do. Indicate that these words were choosen intentionally to exercise some kind of ritual which one may doubt if he wants to.
