alltho under law you can defend yourself but defending yourself with a motorvehicle when being attacked is a no no but in this case i would say run him over and his bike as others have said then you can allways blame it on the controls of the vehicle and say the guy was hittin my car and my foot slipped on the pedal lol

Slight over-reaction from the scooter wanker. To be fair, the only bit of bad driving was the scooter parked in the box-junction.
Face it, the windscreen and a couple of other windows were already smashed. A scuff on the bumper where you'd battered that scooter off it's stand wouldn't have made much difference!!
