I am a lifetime Soldier. Always wondered about "Royal" military groups in the UK. . Are they all Royal or, are there Peasant or Common military groups we never hear of too?
Royal Air force, Marines, Navy.
Now, Prince Eward, The Earl of Wessex was a Royal. He was also a Marine, so that would literally make him a "Royal Marine"! It's so confusing,.........
