Police ambush of parolee who was accused of domestic violence. After shooting him 11 times they cuff him, then the paramedics come and perform CPR. The family released the video after the police officer was cleared of any wrong doing. Apparently the deceased was caught up in his seat belt. Police said they found a knife he was brandishing in the back of the pickup.
