Shit. It took me like half a minute to figure out what's goin on in your avatar. I had a dog once that happened to. He was running around the corner of a house, and popped his eye out - hit a snag. The thing was just danglin' there. Took him to the vet, and he just POPPED IT right back in. I also seen a cat rip a dog's eye out once. Did cat in background do that to dog in your avi?

Funny how, for so many years, I've heard well meaning teachers and "biologists" explain that snakes "ALWAYS swallow prey 'head first'". Some do it more than others, but I've never seen a garter swallow a frog head first. It's always been just like in this vid.

My Boa usually did but not always.
Once she got 12 feet long she would sometimes swallow a rabbit sideways.
