There were three people on that scooter the guy that sit behind fled, the driver of the car beat the girl first sitting on middle and then continued beating the driver of the moped. And i dont think he mistakenly hit that girl since no compassion shown to her after he gave her a bloody nose.
Somehow i think there is more to this story than a simple moped theft.
