The McDonalds where the vicious attack occurred closed at 4:00 today, in preparation for the candle light vigil tonight. Were they taking a cautious way out of confrontation? Where were their balls when the attack occurred? Candle light vigils aren't typically violent, but your everyday McDonalds customer seems to be lately. McDonalds can't bury its head in the sand and make this one go away.

The manager asked the Elderly lady who tried to help if she knew the victim was transgender. There's another factor in the hate crime angle, but from listening to the prosecutor's comments and his facial expression, it doesn't look promising that he'll follow up on that. At least one of the animals won't be getting out on bail.
