This movie speaks of the great successes the Croats fighting on the
eastern front had on the battlefield during WW2. It in no way promotes
the ideals of the Nazis who, unfortunately, they fought for. It's intent
is simply to showcase people the extra-ordinary efforts they put up on
the battlefield. It is something interesting and worth noting from a
pure military standpoint. One could perhaps argue that saying this is a
pro Nazi video, but I tend to believe these men, who committed no war
crimes, had only the best intentions in mind and believed that
volunteering in the German army was a means to liberate their country
of the oppression it was subjected to in Yugoslavia and to liberate the
Soviet people from communism, which particularly during Stalin's reign,
was a harsh system of governing.
