Many people helped bring about the end of the cold war but you're right. And yet the same man was also responsible for the secret operation known as Operation Condor in which hundreds of thousands of south americans died from death squads and dictators trained from "School of the Americas" in Georgia. Why? In the name of fighting Communism. Was Communism defeated? No, just many innocents that were raped and killed. Look it up yourself.

Sure, Reagan wasn't perfect and made lots of crass mistakes as well, but he's no worse than the Bush Clan.

Yeah so he went from selling soap ta selling dreams ta selling weapons ta selling crack/cocaine. Let's not forget Iran/Contra....he didn't end the cold war, I will agree he helped bring it to a close.
Saying he was no worse then the Bush administration is not saying much. I hope he rots in hell.
