I'm shocked by the title of this video, and shocked by the comments. I support this type of response and more and more folks need to do exactly what he did. These checkpoints are not on the border, they are far away from the border and they are stopping folks just to ask if you are a citizen. Talk about fraud waste and abuse ! I did the same in North Carolina while I lived there for a time. Out in the backyard with the in-laws, shooting a shotgun, a Glock, an M1A and my Mosin-Nagant (that fucker's LOUD). Sheriff came by, had a cordial conversation, wished us a happy July 4th, and went on his way.

Yes I can actually. As long as I am not closer to a residence than 440 yards, for safty and common sence. Thats no problem for me though, I own 22 acres of land and have a skeet shooting setup and rifle range right off my back deck.

They did the check on him by running his plate numbers while he though he was being smart and getting through the checkpoint.

I have a secret to tell you, we dont have winter here, its a myth that we have been telling people to keep them away.
