@abkebab I recall a major rule of war being the avoidance of attacking civilians? In checking I find no direct military operations in the World Trade Center? Hmm You want rules it is best to state them in advance and stick by them yourself. As to my country I did just send off a note to my State Senators with a link asking if this is really how we plan to do things.

@juanpueblo We live by those rules, sometimes a mistake is made or someone unfit is sent in? We deal with it.
