Prague City Police VS innocent people
Homeless were drinking alcohol on the street and city police wanted to arrest them. It was disproportionate interference to homeless woman and old man which shopped in supermarket before this wanted to calm city police man. He didn't do nothing illegal but they wanted to arrest him. At the end he have much more problems now than other participants. People are criticizing this act and major of Prague want to investigate the case.

the police does a terribe job here as far as de-escalation is concerned. Nevertheless if they want you in chains then just dont resist. They will take you to the nearest headquarter, take your details, give you a little bit of a speech and then let you go. You dont have to fear any consequences. This behaviour in the video just makes it worse.
