  • I can understand what the Border Patrol is trying to do. They're looking for illegals who've bypassed the check point AT the border and have taken to the roads. I say they take their lazy asses back to the border and patrol the damned thing like their supposed to. If they shoot at you, shoot back. Violating the 4th amendment, although expedient, is not the answer.

    • @forqalso - And exactly who gets to decide what is reasonable? Where is the probable cause to reasonably stop people from freely traveling? I think the key word here is warrant.
