Trailer for a movie about the Twelve O'Clock Boyz - Those fine, clean cut young men that ride dirt bikes on city streets. Word to the gosh darn street - my lilly white buttocks are down with that, yo. I might even move there - seems like the nice little town I grew up in where you didn't have to lock your door. Lead in “it’s a fucked up situation in the city, and we trying to change that the best way we know how”.
Make it better by: teaching them to break the law, saying fuck the police, showing off gang tattoos at 0:19, racing illegal vehicles down the street endangering others, trying to get the cops to chase them, tearing the parks up by doing donuts in cars and on four wheelers, helmets are required, motorcycles need to be properly equipped and licensed.

Looks like the people that live there are very proud of their neighborhoods, you can tell the pride they take by the torn down buildings, unkempt lawns, graffiti, liquor stores, unkempt children running around creating problems. Yep, they must be very proud.
