Pagpag is a cheap meal sold on the streets of Manila. It is prepared from leftovers scavenged from waste bins of fast food restaurants. The leftovers are chopped, washed and cooked, and then sold on the streets.

I guess if your poor,you have no choice,I see all the good food the big Supermarkets throw out on a daily basis over here that has passed its sell-by date and its a crying shame at the waste when people like this live in such poverty.

the common demoninator of all poor countries are over population and NO education. educate ppl and they learn about birth control, able to get jobs...start growing their own food....sell that food.....so sad. poor countries also have something else in common,. the ppl in power STEAL money from the ppl.
