I use to drink vodka with the former deputy chief of cosmonaut training at Star City Russia, did we ever get wasted. He was a one star also, but that never stopped him from breaking out the spirits at 10:00 in the morning!

From my observations of the mans sleeve (the one standing in front of the camera in several shots), they appear to be hotel employee's. Not so dumb of them to tape this...however, it is very dumb of them to enter the mans room without permission...and to post the video on the internet. I'm sure their government will be knocking on the door soon.
