Use caution around old battlefield wrecks like that. It was a common practice amongst warring sides in various of these African superpower proxie wars to lay mines around battle wreckage to maim and kill scavangers associated with the civilian population of the opposing side. Check with the LOCALS...they'll be able to point out any markers that denote mines and such.
