I went with my Chinese buddy this weekend to run around with his friends and their 4x4s. All in great fun, hanging out with the rich and practicing my Chinese. While I was there, this lady got stuck in the river and had to be towed out. You can see her pretty little head peeking out of the Jeep Wrangler Sahara XT. None of the other drivers got stuck driving in the same area, including the man whose car this was. He just let her drive it and this happened about 30 seconds after she entered the water. Didn't get that part on video, unfortunately.

The aftermath is in the second video. You can see the type of rocks that made up the river bottom on the ground. The damage: flat tire plus a few inches of water in the back seat (drained when they opened the door). Funny thing, my friend asked me about fix-a-flat and was it common in America. Haha, it's supposed to be used for minor punctures, not when the wheel comes completely off the rim. I rather doubt it would have helped in this situation.
