First of all I suffer from Bipolar disorder and yes it can make you a bit strangey at times. But a 7-11 years girl she aint and if she was she wouldnt of been diagnosed with Bipolar at that age. She just looks like a stroppy teenage girl looking for a big fat sausage to get up that little skirt between her piss flaps.
Bipolar mostly causes changes in episodes of Mania or hyper Mania and Depprression of different levels. Often reffered to as manic depression.
