Why do all these posts keep calling the SAA mercenaries? They arent mercenaries theyre the National army... Getting confused? Libya employed sub saharan africans as mercenaries, if there are any mercenaries in syria its the FSA.

@BUDBEAR Amen brother, thats my whole point behind everything I say though, is that there are two sides. I dont support Assad so much, more that I think other nations (western mainly) should keep our noses out of it because we dont really know.
Shoulda kept our beaks out of Libya too. The western influence in the arab spring seems pretty darn heavy and I totally disagree with it, you cant change the world in a day, there were far better ways that would bring about peaceful resolution and ha More..

@tymoss thanks for the comeback. i'm obviously not an expert in these matters but i wonder who really is. like i said all i can go by is what i read. do we have CIA operatives down there assisting the so called FSA? to me it' like watching a Graham Greene novel on TV. all these arab spring uprisings were a chain event brought on by decades of oppression. now i could be wrong but that is what i've been fed.

The mercenaries are the Islamists, they're the ones who get paid a monthly salary by Saudi Arabia.
The Syrian army has to deal with these assholes, but that's their job.

Im just waiting to see what excuse we come up with for intervention in Syria.
