How can you make a fool of a car?LOL
I have chased people on motorcycles, and ATVs. Its nearly impossible and its dangerous.
I am sure the officer knew he didnt have much of a chance to catch them.
Many people are killed and seriously injured driving these.

@the_MEK They were riding a quad through back streets and trails of a suburban wooded town... Big whoop.I dont blame them for running the laws in the US is ridiculous concerning quads and dirt bikes, its automatic impound and loss of license for 6 months. Cant even joy ride on a nice sunny day. Cop is an idiot for wasting his time on them instead of real problems.

@Enead There probably were no real problems to deal with. I grew up in a small KS town and the cops had nothing better to do than harass people and write bullshit tickets. My older brother got a ticket for 3 mph over the limit on christmas day one time... I've been pulled over for having tags that will expire tomorrow...

@mattplasse88 Nah, it sounds like a turbo but I know from first-hand experience that this is nothing more than audio distortions brought on by RPM dependent frequency waves entering the recording. I used to do this in our family's minivan and call it my "tape player blower." We would pretend to hotrod around with the speakers on high so you could hear the whine of the "supercharger".
