Beck's "One Thing" On the Townhall Protests

Today on Beck's show, he talked about the outrage and protests surrounding the Townhall events being held around the country. In response to the alleged "angry mobs," Obama and his Chicago-style thuggery attempted to intervene, including the "purple shirts" from SEIU. It wasn't until the SEIU showed up that these Townhalls turned violent.

He also highlighted a video from this past weekend, right here in Georgia, of Congressman David Scott who was so incensed by being asked a healthcare question at a forum in Douglasville, set up to discuss a road project, that he lost his cool and lambasted a PHYSICIAN from HIS 13th Congressional district, claiming the doctor hijacked the forum! WTF?

Oh, yeah, and there's supposedly something wrong and "Un-American" (according to Pelosi & Hoyer, in a USA Today op-ed) about voicing dissent at these gatherings. And don't forget, one of the primary charges about the protest is that they are "manufactured" and "organized." Wait a minute. Since when did a party completely beholden to community organizers deem it IMPROPER to BE organized at the community level? Oh, yeah...never mind.

There have been assaults by the SEIU thugs, Craigslist ads ASKING for folks to sign up for "jobs that matter," paying between $11 to $16 per hour with benefits, for folks who want to sign up and help in grassroots efforts to ADVANCE the Obamacare plan. Again, WTF? It's bad for genuine REAL folks to gather and dissent, with no direction from ANY organization, but it's totally okay for people to answer Craigslist ads and perform the dictates ascribed them FOR PAY?

That's what's happening, folks. Americans are seeing through the bullshi* - and we don't believe a word of it.

You wanna meet some SEIU thugs? Show up and 'engage' a politician, and an SEIU thug will show up at your house in the middle of the night, conveying a very stern 'message' for you.

This is an outrage, and the mainstream media's lack of desire to report about these union thugs is truly shameful. Absolutely, 100% shameful.

No wonder MSNBC, CNN, ABC, NBC, & CBS news are tanking in the ratings. They are not telling the truth!

    inflated Hospital charges to cover the massive employee roster at the hospitals,...

  • If people didn't want his health care plan, why didn't they vote? If Obama was elected and your claims that most Americans don't want the health care bill are true, it would have to mean most Americans didn't vote. Who's fault is that exactly? Seems a bit backward to show up at the meetings and stifle debate, because they sure aren't showing up to join the conversation, they are just shouting over everyone... the country elected the guy who ran on the health care platform.
