Leslie Dean, 73, of Blaine, Ohio, was arrested Tuesday morning for stalking a 17-year-old female.

Dean was caught lurking in his van at the girl's workplace.

He's charged with menacing by stalking and already has posted $2,500 bond.

According to the Belmont County Sheriff's Department, a search of Dean's van turned up a camera and a roll of duct tape.
