When I saw this, the first thing in my mind was every B sci-fi film I've ever seen suddenly coming to life.
(Specifically, though it was definitely an A++ film, I envisioned "Fahrenheit 451" and the part at the end, when those cheesy flying Info Police vehicles fly past the Book People hiding in the forest.)

Rut ro.. all I can think about after this is the military will of course now be testing/using these... imagine the government wants to silence a village/neighborhood, they send these bad boys in armed of course with a needle and a syringe filled with the latest undetectable heart-attack inducing drug and wipe folks out whom they would want to silence without the ill effects of bad press of killing their detractors.
