USA v. Arpaio, Justice Department Court Position, re:Intervention

The Justice Department has not opposed the intervention of a 2nd Plaintiff in the USA v. ARPAIO civil rights lawsuit, United States of American v. Maricopa County, et al., United States District Court (Arizona). The deadline for this filing is due on Tuesday, May 29, 2012.

Intervenor-Plaintiff, Scott Huminski, has filed two sworn documents in the case detailing extreme misconduct concerning Arpaio and other Maricopa County government entities rising to the level of federal civil rights crimes. The sworn court documents set forth vast constitutional violations perpetrated by Gilbert, AZ, Surprise, AZ, Maricopa County and many officials within the aforementioned agencies.
