Pakistan is a shithole, they may have a lot of that hardware but most of it is not useable in any sort of strategic or even tactical way becuase their Command and Control is SHIT.
The Commanders spend more time and energy arguing and fighting with each other and concerning themselves with the Koran rather than real 21st Century battlefield tactics.
