A secret Tax evasion clause in Limited company documents has allowed the high street retailers to pay ZERO TAX.

The documents are called Articles of Memorandum, and by placing a few slanted sentences describing your company you become Legally Tax Exempt!

It is completely legal but it has been kept quite just for those in the secret circle which it services, who are the main high street and well known brand name and even far lesser companies like plumbers etc

It literally means anyone is legaly entitled to do this if they know it exists and no one, not even the Tax Man can say a word about it.
