Police is investigating 10 incidents of a man robbing people of their wallets.

In the security video, you see the suspect walk up and sit down behind a woman at Moe's restaurant.

He reaches behind him and grabs the woman's purse to steal her wallet, but someone spots him.

He is confronted by people in the restaurant, but gets away.

Officials think the man is getting the ID's, and then a woman is using them.
