Those rockets aren't targeting military bases. They're falling on civilians. Night after night, Day after day. Coming in from every direction. The suicide bombings have decreased and the terrorists who were behind them set the standard in secondary and even tertiary explosions. The Israelis are a formidable force to be recognized that can hold their own.

True, but it stoped about 90% of the rockets that were close to land in populated areas, and that's your 30%.
