I tried renting a house once and it was a nightmare with almost every tenant. Either they just stop paying and you have to track them down to evict them, and then your scared shitless if they are going to destroy your house or not. The one renter had cats and they pissed/shit all over the house. Renters are brutal, and the only way I could see doing it again is to have an iron clad Rental Agreement, and also rule with an IRON FIST. If you give them an inch the fuckers will take a MILE!
