Dead Like Me was originally shown on US Showtime later syndicated around the globe. The story is about Georgia Lass (Ellen Muth) who's life is cut short when a toilet seat from the de-orbiting space station MIR ends her life. Little did she know, but she would become a grim reaper. Other cast include, Mandy Patinkin, Jasmine Guy, Callum Blue, Laura Harris, Rebecca Gayheart, Cynthia Stephenson, Crystal Dahl, Christine Welles, Greg Kean, Laura Boddington and many more. Guests have included, Shelley Berman, Eric McCormack, Yeardly Smith and Barbara Barre.
At the end of Season Two, Showtime decided to cut the series despite fantastic ratings and a strong fan following. Now, two years later, Steven Godchaux and John Masius have resurrected the series into a straight to DVD movie being released sometime next year.
