Two more things that could lower health care cost/improve health a whole lot with just a little effort. Especially the iodine has improved my health a lot. Had this chronic fatigue, overall weakened state, adrenal gland fatigue thing going on that seems to be much better now. I've had it a long long time, but it did get worse once I stopped eating meat. It may not have been the meat itself, but cutting down on processed food, dairy products and iodineized salt at the same time.
Health is not a black/white, either/or state of health or sickness. It's a much bigger scale from death to optimal health, with not only body but also mind and spirit playing a huge part.
