Typical West Bank incident:
A
military judge ruled: Young Palestinian was detained for a month after a
soldier in civilian clothes attacked him for no fault of his own

The
judge's decision, which was adopted following the exposure of the video
documentation by B'Tselem, refutes the IDF Spokesperson event
The
military court judge Maj. Daniel Ofer Kfir unconditionally released
yesterday Abd - al - Aziz Fakhuri, a young Palestinian who was arrested
nearly a month in Hebron by soldiers in civilian dress. Judge made the
decision after watching two videos, one episode has been media,
and another video was exposed by B'Tselem. judge ruled that the video
proves that there was cause for arrest of Fakhuri. however, unlike
formal announcement of the IDF Spokesperson. So stated the release:
As
is clear from the video, the respondent (Fakhuri) was attacked by
alleged soldier dressed in civilian clothes without any fault of his
own, because he thought he was talking about denouncing respondent. Much
has been said about the limits of power and the limits of power and can
be seen in this case a reasonable use of soldiers dressed in civilian
clothes, which is not clear whether they had any authority to remove the
respondent from and stop it.
The incident occurred on -14.8.2012, in Tel Rumeida. Video
taken by a foreign national, battalion soldiers look "hot" by Nahal,
who were training session, dragging the Fakhuri violence into the
stairwell near the checkpoint, and some even kick it. Documentation
video of the incident appeared extensively in the media.
Post your video response, the IDF spokesman: "The video does not show the sequence of the event. Yesterday during a routine inspection in Hebron, Palestinian refused to identify themselves. Palestinians
clashed with IDF forces instead, which does not seem in the video, and
the soldiers in question, which wandered helped force carrying out its
task. "
However,
additional video documentation obtained by B'Tselem, shows the minutes
preceding the arrest and exchanges that the video recorded first
indicate that negates the army version. A
video taken by another Palestinian bystander using his phone to show
that Fakhuri not engaging at all with the soldiers but spoke Arabic with
his brother, and one of the soldiers accused him wrongly, that cursed
him. The soldiers stopped the Fakhuri violence despite trying to explain that his comments were not aimed at them.
