So they found common construction-material, with no detonator, and it's automatically terrorists? Doesn't it seem reasonable to think, that PERHAPS the logical explanation is that some construction-material got misplaced and ended up on the wron truck. Or was, for some reason, left behind whe nit shouldn't have been? It certainly does not sound like a plot. That is, unless you assume that there is an inside man, who wanted the material smuggled in, so a bomb could be assembled later on. Otherwis More..
